"This delicate straw-coloured un-wooded Chardonnay was grown and produced in the cool temperature region of the Adelaide Hills at Oakbank. Made in classical European style, this fruity wine exudes aromatic peach flavours with melon overtones. It displays a crisp citrus finish, which is pleasing to the palate. The Oakbank Area School 2008 Chardonnay drinks well now, or may be cellared up to ten years, where it will develop a complex overlay of flavours."
