"Late last century (in 1999) Penny and Simon Cox, with the help of their children and families, planted 2 acres of Sauvignon Blanc vines on their property at the end of Stringybark Road. Elusively nestled between Lobethal, Lenswood and Cudlee Creek, their vineyard is situated in the heart of the Adelaide Hills.
Under the watchful eye of Rob Cootes - a pioneer of cool climate viticulture in the district, the "Nine Fingers" vines have been hand pruned, nurtured and picked to achieve optimum fruit quality and flavour. The result speaks for itself."
